I tried to log onto my account to register but I do not remember my password?

If you attended any Kenbrook program in the last five years, you have an account you can log in to. If you do not remember your login name or password, there is a spot on the log on that allows you to submit a request for a new password. Once you do this, you will receive a response shortly.

If you are still having trouble, call (717-865-4547) or email (). The Summer Camp Registrar will create a new password for you. You will not be able to log on to your account if your email address has changed.

I am not comfortable with online registration. May I still send in the paper registration form?

We use a reputable third party company that specializes in online camp registration to manage all of our registrations and payments. This allows us to take advantage of their technology, security and expertise. We have complete confidence that your information is safe and private.  When you register online, it saves Kenbrook time and money. However, we understand that online registration does not work for everyone, so we still offer paper registration forms.  Call the office (717) 865-4547 and the Summer Camp Registrar will email or mail a registration form to you.

How do I pay for camp? Do I have to pay the entire balance when I register online?

We accept payments from major credit cards, as well as echecks.  A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.  The balance is due two weeks before your session begins.  There are even options to set up payment plans in order to have the balance paid on time.

My child would like to attend camp, but finances are a problem.  Are there any discounts or financial aid available?

At Kenbrook, we want every child to have the opportunity to experience camp.  We have set up several options to help cover the cost of camp for those who might not even consider camp due to finances.  Here are some ideas.
  1. Discounts.  Check out our discounts page to learn how you can save.
  2. Your church. We have found that many churches have funds available to help cover the costs of summer camp.
  3. Sponsorships. Ask people to sponsor you for a week of camp.  Sometimes, people are more than willing to help cover the cost of camp-- just ask!
  4. Personal fundraisers-- sell something, hold a garage sale, set up a lemonade stand, there are a lot of ways to raise the funds for camp -- get creative!
  5. Scholarships. Kenbrook has established a scholarship fund through generous contributions from individuals and organizations. An application must be submitted. Go to our scholarships page to learn more.

The system did not accept my credit card number.

The accepted credit cards are Master Card, Visa, or Discover.  Please check to be sure that you entered the correct numbers. If the card number is correct and your account is in good standing, please wait 24 hours and try again. If you are still unable to process the information, please call the office and the camp registrar will try to submit your information to complete the registration for you.

I have not received the paperwork for camp in the mail.

All forms needed for camp are available online for download. Click Here to go to the downloads page.

My child has a church scholarship which will be paying for a portion of the camp, so I do not want to pay the full balance online.

Check with your church to see how they are handling the scholarship. Some churches may give you a check for the portion, others are asking the parents to register, and then they will pay. If you register online Kenbrook will refund the church scholarship as soon as it is received and processed. For credit card payments, the refund will be put back into your credit card. For e-check and debit payments, Kenbrook will issue a paper check and send it to you within 10-15 business days.

If I pay the deposit by May 1st, can I still receive the early rate discount?

No, the entire balance needs to be paid by May 1st to receive the early rate.

How do I register for CIT or Krew?

These programs fill up fast and must be applied for. Click here for more details.

I thought CIT and Krew were free programs why are you charging a fee now?

Our CIT and Krew programs have had a big impact on many people over the years. We believe they are extremely effective in teaching young people how to lead by serving.  The work accomplished by the students in these programs is incredibly valuable to Kenbrook.  This is why this program has historically been free.  However, as you can imagine, there are considerable expenses associated with these programs that put a strain on our budget (meals, staff salaries, lodging, etc.). The $25 fee only covers a small portion of these expenses of this program, (basically the registration and administration costs) but it does help to ease the strain. We believe the value of these programs far outweighs this minimal fee.

My child has registered for Krew or CIT. What time does he/she need to be at camp?

Check in time for all Krew/CIT is between 2pm and 2:30 pm.  Check out time for all Krew/CIT is between 6:00pm and 6:45 pm.

The online registration keeps ‘timing out’ and I loose all my information.

Online registration consists of 3 pages which will give you 30 minutes for each page before the page is ‘timed out’. Some things you should have on hand when registering are all your child’s immunization records with most recent booster dates, medical insurance card, any medications which your child is currently taking, emergency (other than parent) contact name and phone numbers, physician name and phone number, dentist name and phone number. You will need to have 2 names for who will picking up your child at the end of the camp week. You may use your credit or debit card or enter information to process an electronic check.

I don’t see where to select track options. Is this still possible?

In an effort to create a better shared experience for the camper,  to make the registration process more efficient, and to allow our staff to better serve campers, we have changed the activity selection process.  Many of the same track options from before will still be available, they will just be selected while at camp and not part of the registration process.
