Thank you for considering Kenbrook for your next event. Our staff has a wealth of experience in hosting many different types of groups and events, and we would love to host yours as well. Below you will find some helpful information as you plan your event.
Please take a look at our facilties page to see which facilities will work best for your group and then give us a call to see how we can best serve you. It will be very helpful for you to have the following information ready when you call:
1. Your ideal date for your event as well as a couple of other possible dates. The Kenbrook calender fills up quickly, so calling as early as possible will help you secure the dates that will work best for you.
2. The nature of your event. What type of event are you planning? Is it a men's or women's retreat, a leadership conference, church youth retreat, a family reunion, a marriage retreat? This will help us know how to serve you best.
3. The size of your group. Kenbrook offers a variety of facilities for your use. The size of your group will determine which facilities will best suit you. If you are unsure what your final group size will be, just be prepared to give your best guess on the most people your group will have as well as the least amount of people.
4. Length of stay and food service needs. Most weekend retreats are Friday and Saturday nights with five meals (Three on Saturday and two on Sunday). However, we will be happy to work with the individual needs of your group.
5. Budget information. This will help us to assist you in making the best decision possible for your group. Our rates are per person rates based on a weekend package. Check out our pricing page to get an idea how our pricing works.
6. Other recreation and schedule ideas. Let us know if you would like to offer some specific recreation options to your group, like a campfire, low ropes, paintball, or our zipline. Many of the activities Kenbrook offers are excellent for team building or simply drawing individuals closer together through learning to trust each other.
